The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 开场不知道在干啥，后面我就走进了他的世界。
法比安想过要和他的朋友一样盲目的生活下去，但这让他很绝望。莱辛在他的哲学中高呼恐惧和仇恨的声音不能再高过精神和心灵的，人的尊严时代即将到来。人文主义理想与堕落腐化的生活交媾，战争逼着人们向自己的心灵开枪，结果也只不过是法比安溺死时，露台上那个男人的声音:“一条鱼淹死了。”

我要加一星表扬自己现在还能看下去这样的片子哈哈哈
我看不懂，但好美，喜欢所有的画面。晃动的镜头，跳舞的俱乐部，床上的两人，朋友死后的烟花，穿插的黑白叙述......工作没了，爱人走了，朋友死了，最后人总是要有家可回的。
最后，我也像他一样溺水，不过，我是死于窒息。
事件情绪、冲突的开始结束、延续…做得特别好
轴心说“轴心”是轴心
某个译名是“不合时宜的人”，看到最后想起横道世之介。大时代下的一个小碎片。前半部分很容易吸引人，后半有些泄气但到结尾又给人一击。“学会游泳”。
很惊喜的片子，不会游泳的法比安死于纳粹肆虐之前，可能一切美好最终都为残暴与疯狂让步。
他幸运地没有经历日后的历史 而是沉于奔赴旧爱的路上 （看完《歌厅》后发现了相似之处 同属那个战争即将来临的魏玛）
一个小细节，唯一差点冒头的良心来自一个年纪比较大的官员，充满干劲的年轻人总是冲在残忍第一线，就挺真实的。
3小时的片长，老电影的画幅比，勾勒出1930年代魏玛共和国青年男女们的颓废糜烂。
这电影还挺文艺的…不扭捏作态，不无病呻吟
爱极了这种间离感和文学性强的脚本，他游走在声色犬马光怪陆离的魏玛，保持着难得的清醒又孤立于每一个群体和时代。汤姆真的太可爱了德国一美。
