剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     以为是带着文艺气质的心理惊悚，没想到后半部分直接cult氛围拉满，“生育”部分的特效想到了The Thing.男人和他们脆弱又恶毒的masculinity就是系统性下的Cthulhu,脸庞与生殖器只是容器与装饰，而对于女性的控制与剥削是最终成了一种性别化的mythos.虽然符号和意象的使用非常直接，但是这种直接或许更加符合电影中带着grotesque的“拷问” ---父权制下的控制与侵犯permeate the mundane life,而女性要付出超越灵肉的代价才可以真正直面这种不公的建制。另外声效做的非常不错，基本上是用声音塑造了女主角精神动向。

    觉得非常好看！可以加入今年WTF十佳前三名了！我一个不长几巴的人最后那半小时都看的脊背发凉，真的是又害怕又爽。看完还翻了好几篇影评意犹未尽。alexander garland真的是不打算拍主流院线了。Ex Machina跟这部比起来完全就是blockbuster了。
