3.5。小松表现不错，坂口哭戏生硬，亲情友情的部分更多一些描写就好了。爱情Part又是藤井一贯的慢镜头MV。
家人为你付出那么多，你觉得可以去死，有了爱情你却想活了。 爱情这东西根本感动不了我。但是小松菜奈是真的美，我老是幻视lisa，女主的姐姐在日日是好日里还有少女感，这部里好像叶舒华。
那如果死了，爱人怎么办？！
如果你遇到困难,，不要伤心不要难过，向着明亮那方，你一定会战胜困难的。
太一般了，几乎同样剧情的电影也太多了，不是说这部烂吧，但同类型的电影已经没有什么新的突破了，毫无特色，就连RADWIMPS的主题曲都很一般。对小松菜奈好感度依旧100+，对男主好感度10。

活着就是痛苦啊。即使是知道了自己还能活多久，原来也不能轻松地活着…应该也没有刻意煽情，但哭得头疼胃疼的…片尾曲哭得更夸张了……打算用力活一把:(
中规中矩…节奏是真的有点慢了 还是老套的互相救赎的故事
如果生命只剩十年，你会如何度过？也许像女主一样写本书是不错的选择，哭吧。
感谢大陆的绘本作者，动画电影人，监制等辛勤的付出，中国的原创动画还是会有美好的愿景。

又美又温柔又文笔优然的女主，
三星半。雪山分手和媽媽相擁而泣這兩段看哭。最後小鬆菜奈住的病房和蘇打在《角色》裡住的那間好像誒。
他的美好，你的美好其实都一样，
这种绝症爱情片要能看得下去，还是得女主角看得顺眼，情节啥的基本不大会有新意了。
