The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 整体风格和假面饭店类似，案件很糟糕，剧情很普通，很难说好，不过卡司还是很强。

达子&理查&拓少PK三大腹黑恶女，行骗天下·假面篇
演员们演得还可以，就是故事逻辑有点太拧巴，导致影片呈现的主体表达略空泛。亲父因梨花从中作梗真就多年再未寻女，工具人王老五与职场精英毫无怨言喜接盘，导演的功力并未处理好人物间的错位关系，几乎是以非常随意的方式拍了部用脚都能猜到的流水亲情故事。四次换姓→由父权到夫权的过渡。十元的妆造与表演有些用力过猛，稻垣跟永野的哭戏蛮好看的。
有点狗血啊，为了自己女儿有人照顾，找了一堆接盘侠带女儿，是真的接盘侠，选择的目标明确，你是为了给我女儿提供钢琴学习的，你是为了养我女儿长大的，而我是要去死的。。。放着孩子的亲生父亲不找，找一堆陌生男人来带女儿而且是继女，确实有点理解不能。更理解不能的是，这些男人在知道真相的前提下，还真就答应了，图啥呢？全剧最最最让人费解的是，整个故事应该至少横跨了8-10年，是什么恶性重病从发病到死亡可以持续这么久但又需要早早治疗不得不离开女儿的？这才是让人难以接受的重大bug top1
还不如第一部呢，咋那么沉闷啊…………这片能当三星绝对是因为里面汇集了大量具有九分左右作品主打群众基础的演员……甚至连凰稀要都出来客串了…………
因为咩酱和石原里美我真的很期待这部电影，可这是什么鬼啊，石原里美的角色从头到尾都是尴尬浮夸和自我感动，而且这个主线剧情我实在没办法共情
4、这部电影凸显现在日本影视剧一种现象，弃之可惜食之无味。
3.7，为麻酱而来，麻酱的一颦一笑都牵动我心，越来越有女人味了，身材也很棒。即便眼角有岁月痕迹，但这种笑容才最真且最为动人。麻酱的不服与无奈的表情也太可爱了叭~配乐依旧古典，依旧华丽，依旧印象深刻，优于19年，不过分张扬，无声画面好评。男主跳舞穿插于开篇，此举有何意义？原来是为了呼应片尾假面舞会探戈。木村不愧是已婚老男人
快进跳着看的，感觉属于精美包装好的温馨强行喂给你，也会感动，但是整体经不起推敲，过于童话的设定，情节转折得也有些奇怪。永野芽郁演得蛮好的。
比离谱的剧情更离谱的是原著小说还获奖了？？
属于看十分钟就腻味得看不下去的那种浓浓的电视剧味的所谓的日式商业电影，除了卡司一无是处。
除了光怪陆离的各种面具很好看，案件不知道在说的啥。探戈跳的挺帅气的，但是莫名其妙
3.0 事实证明被催泪到和感觉电影不错是有所区别的 优子初中生的时候离家出走到专业学校毕业以后去世至少有8年 逻辑很不通顺
优子为什么这么喜欢梨花呢？她热情、大方、漂亮、活泼、性格好，很多点原以为她会生气没耐心，没想到翻个身起来带优子在床上游泳，因为优子想学钢琴，就硬着头皮去求人。一开始有些疑惑，宣传十元演咩酱的妈妈，但两个人从未同框，甚至怀疑这会不会根本就是两条故事线。优子在毕业祭的时候和樱樱不断重合，在歌声中森宫先生落下的眼泪和梨花的背影有够犯规。原来优子被人欺负了也只会傻笑是因为妈妈说过只要笑的话好运就会降临。最后梨花在遗照上笑得灿烂，三位父亲两位母亲在礼堂一起送心爱的女儿出嫁。但是！为什么！冈田健史这么出戏啊！果然我爱的只是黑岩晶。
短短几分钟婚礼场面拍得美轮美奂，美工居功至伟。
即使四处流浪也要对生活温柔以待，总有一天爱你的人们会以同样的方式拥抱你。本片最温情又不可思议的地方在于，小优一路走来遇到的一直是可靠的大人呀，这也是妈妈在意的证明。
