The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 经典，那会儿有这么长时间的动画片，卡通形象都非常不错。
为什么都说师父死了？看的版本不同吗？小时候印象最深的是缸里出来了好几个爸爸，现在看原来是个中国版好奇心加持的普罗米修斯的故事。
阿呆恋爱了，能勇敢说出“我喜欢你”，真好。
小时候看过太多遍，现在剧情还能清晰地回忆出来

感谢这部片子没有出现在我的幼年时代，画风太cult了，我今年20多岁看那个没有腿的皇上还倒吸凉气。。。。

人物造型借鉴了传统文化中戏曲（三只狐狸精、县令）、年画（蛋生）、玩偶（小皇帝）等艺术元素，汇集了众多民俗意象与活动（踩高跷、舞龙舞狮），背景音乐采用大量传统民乐，背景画面中天庭、山水、乡间、寺庙、县城、府宅、皇宫等场景，用工笔重彩绘制人文景观，用淡雅水墨绘制自然景观，传统文化浓度极高。

反派的人设惊人地时髦，相当辛辣的讽刺喜剧。

2021年去大银幕重温了，看到了成人世界的无奈和压抑。动画果然是成人浇自己胸中块垒之作啊。美术和音乐绝赞。
