把电视剧浓缩成电影，果然也不是个个都能精华。放到20年前，这电影绝对OK，现在看，只能有种TVB江郎才尽的感觉，曾志威，李逸峰也救不了。
不明白，最后的反转还是拿钱摆平的。可是如果证人突然转做污点证人，他的证词难道不要调查研究就可以被法庭采用吗？
主要是，方中信现在，真的很难不有一些daddy issue的……
那么凶残的话，直接找人干掉律师不就好了咯，不需要那么麻烦
这案件需要信仰？这需要信仰？麻烦编一点复杂的案件经过吧。还以为是法庭戏。。。

方中信还是很帅阿，冷静又沉着。
这不是电影，这就是硬塞啊，老师们，你们都不睁睁眼吗？
法庭戲太弱了，漏洞也多，應該打電話處理的事非要留下語音信息，一個不誠實證人讓案件早早失去懸念，導致兩位律師立場轉變生硬。
少年时期的偶像方中信的剧都会看，现在还是好帅哦！正义永远不会缺席！
全片灌输了资本主义的缺陷：有钱能使鬼推磨。
律师是要争取当事人的最大利益，还是尊重当事人意愿。

其实，这片子没有表达完整，但是，在最后方中信的陈词里，把本片引入高潮部分！起到了画龙点睛的作用！
方中信还是那么帅，张强还是那个常胜将军，不过这个案子的反转来的太过突兀，不够合理。但最后张强的话还是很令人动容。
还能一看的粤语电影，前半剧情铺垫是不错的，可惜尾端转折过于理想，编上复杂的情节却只有简陋的细节。
廖启智生前參與作品之一。這部戲劇情其實還可以，整體節奏緊湊。
男二律师演的太水了吧，是带资进组吗？故事 演技 节奏不行，电影都不如电视剧，不如TVB 不如傲骨贤妻里的一集内容。
