The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 三個孩子插科打諢也很搞笑，就是結尾有些過於生硬，情緒轉換有點突然。其實三個孩子開頭那樣富豪也要負很大的責任，他沒有在孩子的成長中給予足夠的陪伴和引導，導致三個孩子一個比一個不靠譜，幸好設了這麽一個局，強行把孩子們拉回來了。坦白後孩子和富豪都能認識到自己的問題，找到各自人生前進的方嚮還是很美好的。只希望作為父母可以多給子女一些關心和陪伴，而作為子女的也能多多理解父母的含辛茹苦。
