The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 除了色调效仿前人，其他地方真的不行。过于文雅，节奏不对
《论补刀的重要性》：超出预期的作品，值得一看。
导演是认真的导演，动作设计是认真的设计，演员认真的演员， 主创团队是认真的团队。片子诚意满满，还有什么理由不看呢。
小成本武侠电影能拍到这个程度真的很不错了。虽然借鉴了很多风格，有点杂糅，但是整体武侠片的气质还是完整呈现出来了。值得花时间一看。
美国老黑的西部抗战神剧，排面大，配乐好。故事脱离正常逻辑！
第一次见这种长刀战斗。
曾经有个前辈对他说：刀口上这碗饭，端起了就放不下。
虽然总有王家卫+绣春刀即视感，但是美学确实值得鼓励，特别是在网大这样的市场里，这种尝试是可贵的。真心希望那些眼睛里只把网大当圈钱工具的制片人看看…能不能不要只盯着分账。
打斗不浮夸，不错的，最后让小孩死是为了补偿么?
绣春刀精神续作，网大有这样的动作场面很少见，有几处兵刃交加的动作戏非常好，干净利落。可惜故事太单薄了，人设直接搬了绣春刀，故事线掰了林冲故事线的皮，感情戏鸡肋了点。
属于那种看了不会反感的网大，不恶俗不谄媚，甚至还有点风格。剧本简单粗糙，有点老土，但是整部片完成得算可以。

有点野有点宗有点放飞有点忧伤，悲情诗一样的西部故事，可久久品味！
有江湖味道；剑客太文艺了，与身份不符，要么江湖气十足，阴险狡诈，义薄云天，要么你就干脆利落快意恩仇好了，干嘛搞的像文人一样文绉绉的，内心戏太多！
里面的歌好听，实在尼玛太拖了，拖的都几次想睡觉
不错，其实还可以打造的更好，剧情主线稍弱，武打可以再夸张和残酷些。
