During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 最后提醒你外表还原做得很好，就这些了。满屏都是演技的电影真难看。
劳模姐演的倒是很好，可人物刻画有些流于表面，可能是我对宗教狂热始终不能理解同时也对相应的历史背景缺少了解吧。
勞模演的很棒 可以封后的水準 但劇本欠缺深度 包括她家庭 她自己的家庭 小孩 怎都不見刻劃?
劳模姐演技绝绝子，加菲也可爱。不过故事比较表面化，不太能共情，而且看完也并没有对塔米菲有太深入的了解，眼睛的符号化含义也并没有很凸显。大概就能感觉到塔米菲对宗教中爱的理解确实很包容，是真正在站在博爱大爱的角度。
劳模姐的演技确实优秀，值得一座奥斯卡，然而凭借这部平庸的作品封后我是不服气的。

电视布道师庞大的信徒网络和财富帝国，蛮冷门的领域，无非也是人的起起落落和精神攫取。最后好像芮妮齐薇格的Judy，她们再回到舞台时会想些什么呢。
规整的女性主题恐怖片，听不懂罗马尼亚语也没有翻译，语言不通加重了本片孤寂隔绝的氛围。男人永远不能真正理解女人的恐怖，无所作为的社会系统由此成为了男人满足窥探和占有欲的帮凶
劳模姐演技太可了。另外电影最后要是没那么政治正确整体也许会好一些
好神奇的故事，好神奇的人物，我第一次知道布道竟然能经由专属的公共电视媒体打造一系列综艺般的节目建立那么庞大的产业。拍成颁奖季限定传记甚至浪费了这个题材的复杂。祝愿查斯坦劳模女士今年能如愿拿下小金人。
非常工整且俗套的一部惊悚片，但也就是因为这样，它显得没有什么特点。影片最大的bug在于，你明明都可以用手机拍下监控器上嫌疑人的照片，但你却总是忘了拍下嫌疑人站在窗前的照片。人证物证都齐了，你老公怎么还能不相信你😅
带着影后的光环去看，但观影期间仍不禁发出：“啊这是劳模姐啊”这样的感叹。
整部电影都无不充填着传教者的伪善，但我在塔米菲的妈妈去世时妈妈归还的大衣和从妈妈遗体中摘下的眼镜时落泪了，这种悲伤一直延续到电影结束，甚至延绵自我写下这段话，全片最真切的情感莫过于母亲对女儿的爱和循循善诱
劳模姐终于棒回一座小金人，这应是对她多年来勤奋工作的奖励。

3.5 give Jessica her Oscar already??? Watch an interview of Tammy you’d see how good of a job she’s doing. What a fascinating woman. I wouldn’t have known her if not for this movie. I think she has a bigger heart than most. She was really maligned & mistreated. In terms of the movie, good pacing. Had me gripped the whole time. A big ask for biopics
劳模姐真好，完全让人唏嘘的故事，眼里希翼的光也不会被磨灭，只可惜上帝不能拯救一切。最后继父告诉菲她母亲偷偷留下大衣因为“那是我女儿努力工作得来的”实在太好哭，一辈子渴望爱的女人只能播撒自己的爱。可惜受困于这四平八稳的剧本。
氛围营造的很好，能让每个独居（丈夫达咩）女性不寒而栗。现实意义是居于异国学好语言很重要，当然永远相信女性直觉，去他妈的“你太情绪化了”。
传记片年年有，今年格外多，且大多平庸乏味冗长。
