The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 难以想象，柯南伯格居然拍出了如此无聊的作品。

完全解构的世界观，完全不同的体系，完全不同的标准，这样的剧情，需要我们大脑去解码。当痛变成了享受，当器官成了艺术品，当切割身体成了性爱，一切有了不同的意义。维果莫腾森的演技牛逼。

但是，这是柯南伯格呀，就已足矣。
非常奇观，但又高度的形而上。讨论的主题很前卫，元素很丰富，场面很惊悚，可解读的空间很大，只是观影体验实在不好，虽然能够平静地观影完毕，有些场景总还是会造成生理上的不适，进而迷惑了对影片的理解，也许是太多东西没有get到吧

9/10。不出所料，年度十佳。实质上的第一部柯能堡。
现代艺术都还没搞明白的人，给你展示未来艺术。你觉得扯不扯？
个人还是挺喜欢这部，感觉是水准线以上的柯南伯格。在身体异化这个他擅长的母题之外，其实还另有政治寓言深意，从这个角度来说还挺JG巴拉德。不过缺点也是概念多而细节少，不知道导演是不是就没打算拍细节。展示完成就结束了。
混乱的三角视角
如果人真的进化到用病态的器官改造作为艺术，那么离灭亡也就不远了。
向前看，可能有片中之肿瘤美学、官能直播种种；向后看，必然有内卷三寸金莲等等。新瓶旧酒，聊有新意。
当没有痛苦的伤害变成表演，手术的过程变成做爱，我们的生活还剩下什么？
