The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 7/10 警局百人斩的调度太棒了，其余一般
室内运镜玩得溜，还玩了把透视性的天花板俯拍镜头。但配乐用得有点over了。
还是那句老话杀时间选James Wan总归不错的。一开始还以为是关灯后，总算不是，不过核心其实也在别的片子里看过..不过这样设定后，打斗动作颇为猎奇新鲜。

抖音来的，全剧也就那一个地方有点恐怖，只能说寄生儿真牛逼，都能控制电

后面警局真精彩，诡异的行动模式，故事简单粗暴
设定上多多少少有那么一点儿《死寂》的感觉，但仅限于可能的形式感上，如果可以延展的话倒是能做成一个反超英的文本，甚至能做成一款恐怖动作游戏。（虐杀原形的感觉？）
温子仁的氛围还在，故事已经开始受到共产主义的熏陶了。
不禁怀疑，这样一部作品应该就是温子仁的天花板了吧。而且要在这类恐怖片里找到哪怕一个有求生意识的正常人，确实也是挺难的……
前2/3做了很多铺垫，就在感觉要落入精神疾病或者鬼怪的俗套时，突然揭露真相让人瞠目结舌（不过从生物学上应该很难说通）。这种看似传统套路又能玩出新花样剧情的，看来还是温子仁比较适合。
虽然，但是不影响这部成为年度最佳恐怖片。看得我肾上腺素左冲右突的，刺激
创意、惊悚氛围、音效都非常棒！逻辑不行？看个恐怖片要啥逻辑！
以为自己在看大内密探零零发，太无厘头了吧。
终于知道为什么能在中国上了，因为这好像是一部恐怖片，又完全不是一部恐怖片…[C+]
抄袭借鉴自陈奕迅歌曲 黑泽明
灵异附身、鸠占鹊巢的故事，没想到还真能看到“打开脑洞看世界”，不过故事比较单薄，在温子仁的导演生涯只能算中等。
特别是倒着走路
只可惜这么个故事看起来好像有些太照顾受众和市场，或许是疫情时代下电影行业确实不容易，所以不得不考虑市场和收益。故事走向和尺度把握确实在拥抱更广大的人群，尤其是最后那个完全在套路之中的反转和最后那一幕姐妹相拥温情的场景。整体来说有些失望，但也表示能理解吧。
