The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 两星半。借鉴了一些《后窗》的设定，驱使放大人的好奇心，以设定一场人性与欲望的游戏。最后的反转还是拙劣了一些，平添许多bug，将原本的都市寓言架构拉低了不少档次。男主很欲身材很好，就是身高有些拖后腿。
秀色可餐还有过得去的情节，还想怎样？不过最后真是画蛇添足，在影展揭幕之时戛然而止就最好了。
还是挺喜欢的，不过真的怀念G4！！太爱M6了，角色的性格都太可爱，anyway，这一代也不错，不过感觉没法续写G4的现象级神话了
本电影讲述了小马们完成任务的过程中遇到了困难，但每一个小马都有自己独一无二的天赋，这可能正是小马恢复法术所需要的东西，并证明了小马也能带来大改变。小朋友也是很非常喜欢看都很高兴下一步继续追
情色➕悬疑，拍摄手法还不错，剧作有点硬，人物动机完全站不住脚，就像是单纯为了展现人类的“变态心理”，女主太稚嫩了，刘承羽挺好。
然而，剧情实在是不够跌宕起伏，没啥大场面，这一点属实是比较失望
欲望，或许是潜于人灵魂深处难以抑制的魔鬼，一旦放出，各种悲剧由此而生。从经不起蛇的诱惑，亚当夏娃被赶出伊甸园起~
brony来啦！在马迷眼中是加了无数层滤镜的喜欢，当然他也不负众望。能再次看到G4就值得满分了吧
镭射笔接驳机器发出声音时，“偷窥”开始有了声音，这构成了一种当代的“技术感官”，技术深化了“窥淫”的感官可能（更渗透、更无风险的偷窥体验）。当监视的权力触手可及，道德自觉就成了笑话，这层科幻电影似的讽喻当然比片尾那场愚蠢的当代艺术更具冒犯性，但电影很可惜没有发展出“偷窥-观众”的反身性。片子屡次出现女主切开溏心蛋的镜头致敬了《一条安达鲁的狗》。
说了不要买公寓，不要住公寓，为什么就是不听呢？这下好了，偷窥不成反被窥，还搞出命案。
小朋友很喜欢看。在电影院全程坐得住。虞书欣的配音非常不错哦。
反转并不高明，但“后窗”元素足够类型片再用上十几年。Sydney Sweeney很适合这类敏感、偏执的角色
真的好喜欢小马宝莉，歌的风格和以前不一样了，但是一如既往的好听，每只小马的性格在我眼里都很有特色，好喜欢。友谊就是魔法！！
G4的努力付之一炬，甚至除了居民口中“无聊的童话”外没有留下任何痕迹，也许不加干预的情况下分裂才是常态……令人在意的是飞马即便失去了飞行能力，大家都没有任何天赋的情况下，微风高地的繁荣依然远超路马和独角兽的领土。也就是说对于优秀的种族来说不带弱的玩自己会发展的更好？话说回来如果飞马失去了飞行能力那四季轮换是怎么做到的，陆马断绝与飞马和独角兽的往来，那小马利亚的粮食供给怎么办……这算是推翻设定了。
确实挺大的，这就值两颗星，话说回来剧情得多无聊才会让关注点变成这样啊…
女主从头到尾都是想和男主搞一下，确实怪不得别人，渣女害人
故事倒不算多创新，但却做到了新意。偷窥别人，别人也在偷窥你。电影有了三重结局卡点，男友死的时候，因为偷窥引发两个悲剧，这是反思的卡点；但进度条还有很久呢。摄影师揭露真相，偷窥悲剧，变成反偷窥的布局。在女主绝望的时候。这是反转的卡点；最后变成谋杀并复仇的结局。乍看这个结局太俗套了，而且又为反转而反转。但仔细想，导演没有必要着墨这么多，包括采访呼应入住时签字等，摄影师妻子怎么会知道男友会碰巧回来？看别人死都崩溃的男友，看到女友背叛到偷窥对象，更崩溃自杀才正常。最好一部分，很可能是女主为了逃避她害死男友，脑补妻子杀了男友……boss从摄影师、变成妻子、变成女主！PS：女主穿衣显瘦脱衣有肉，刘承羽身材也很好，难怪唐仁着迷
2021.09.25 看预告片的时候发现自己比预想中更容易接受，与G4相比风格变了很多，之间的衔接很棒，也算是有了一个交代吧。不知道是否因为时间限制导致故事结束得有些草率，不过问题不大。结尾有G4的味道，也让我落泪了……很期待他们之后的故事。
不知道是不是因为G4的世界观已经被九季动画榨干了没什么新东西可写。虽然G5的世界观构建略显粗糙，这部电影的剧情也过于套路、强行，但我还是觉得非常有意思，起码有希望部分地跳出G4的条条框框看一点新奇的设定和故事了。（以及Hitch这对小动物的亲和力是fluttershy转世吗）
欲求不满女生，偷窥发现精致延时男，抛弃三秒现任，修炼白莲花终得一炮，到头来却发现自己只是对方行为艺术对象，一怒翻脸送上人工白内障，表面上是为前任复仇，实则戴婊泄愤！
