巧的是弗朗西斯·麦克多蒙德在《无依之地》中念了一段麦克白的对白，这下直接演了麦克白的王后。
视听最优秀的《麦克白》，雾气腾腾加上极简主义的布景又凸显了舞台感，科恩呈现了一场带有德国表现主义风格的莎翁剧，麦克白的故事也非常黑色电影，预言是一个陷阱，让人们自己走进命运的深渊。扣一星是因为演员，麦克德夫的演员是灾难，丹泽尔华盛顿实在不适合演麦克白，科恩嫂正常发挥，而女巫全片最佳。

就算在A24的量产风格里也不算优质作品吧。摄影打光是很美，可场景和表演太割裂了，完全是各演各的搭不上戏。难受，不属于我想看的电影，或者应该说它哪里像电影了！

布景和转场非常棒抢眼 女巫的表演起鸡皮疙瘩。
删繁就简，打造了神秘的史诗，黑白影像展现了光影艺术。丹泽尔与科恩嫂都不错，唯独故事弱了点。
高级的复古，舞台感十足，却不那么吸引人..
科恩兄弟掰了之后老大个人的第一部，德国表现主义的视觉构成仍然承载着黑色电影的内核。取景之逼仄，近身肉搏的高超调度，给人近在眼前的舞台感。女巫太强大，技压群芳，过目不忘。反倒是饰演麦克白夫妇的两个老戏骨自信得过了头，与沉溺于疯狂偏执之中的角色略微不合。乔尔牛逼！
这版的麦克白夫人被改的很有人性，死因也更加神秘

莎士比亚戏剧鉴赏，无奈本人才疏学浅，最后的结局没看懂是什么意思！
像是在看舞台剧一样。莎翁可以拍，但没什么必要。个人不太喜欢丹泽尔·华盛顿扮演的麦克白，感觉就是把《籓篱》的表演模式照搬了过来。
