The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 剧本和音乐都好棒！一个很沉重的题材却一直通过场景转换来减轻大家的悲伤…加上个人的故事和小镇居民的爱心，最后看到眼睛湿润…
从头哭到尾，对于这种题材实在没有抵抗力。2021一个汉密尔顿一个来自远方，我会投给来自远方。一些善意是普通人就可以达成的，一点点善意累计起来那就是人性在闪光。
可惜因为疫情错过了现场观看的机会 这个角度切入这个故事的改编 真的让人无法释怀

911 20周年纪念， 同名百老汇托尼奖音乐剧电影版，诙谐与感动充斥于歌词与音乐中。。。(*￣︶￣)
真人真事改编的歌剧，主题很棒，但是单就故事性来讲有些平淡了，令人并不内心激动，歌曲也就还好，分三次看完了，看得有点困
甘德的故事大概就是地球村的美好幻想吧
舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。
特别适合这两天疫情和空难的背景下观看，感受善意，寻求治愈。"Tonight we honored what we lost, but we also commemorate what found."

它没有明讲"9.11"——但所有观众都很容易猜出这个背景。然后从一个不被大众熟知的视角——38架飞机迫降的小镇去讲这件无人不知的历史大事。

非常美式正确的剧，Me and Sky里面 'Be Patient. Just see what happens.'
挺煽情的，但不知道少了点什么总觉得不够打动人，可能是现在对于这种“对陌生人的慷慨和温情”已经充满了怀疑吧
