The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 其实情节一般，但是节奏好，拍出了一种不哀不伤的人生态度。

最后就是她说能不能尝试想起婚约上的誓言，说起来好笑，厘米拍照要成册，然后设计师发来，很多happy every day ，happy family这样的英文，我们连夜花了5个小时翻阅泰戈尔，王尔德，莎士比亚，电影经典台词来替换。
有趣的是，片中讲到那些创造了美国的伟大精神，先进沦为边缘，无依无靠，而这样一个故事的叙述者，来自外来移民。
TIFF // Fern是当代资本主义社会的被束缚的侠女。
对话写得太好了，几个配角的对白都令人落泪。个体叙事高于一切。
画面好美，很多单元都很感人。

公路疗愈片，很完美，该抒情的地方，不泛滥，节奏真好，让我想起《长路简史》，我的确觉得那个更打动我。
祝贺赵婷。讲点电影外的，那些人争执的国籍或者自豪感什么的，不过是自卑+民粹。
这不是浪漫的公路之歌，而是献给不得不离开的人们。驱逐至边缘，流离失所的状态下，或许才能体会最大的迷惘与自由。
那些真实的人物在镜头下述说自己的经历，这时候的主角特别像一个聆听的记者，而那些路上遇到的对象像一个个受访者，怎么讲呢，这种处理也不是说好与坏，总觉得略刻意。see you down the road.
电影是很主观的，如果说很喜欢的人是因为看到了自由和追求，那我只能看到孤独和悲伤…
继承自前作的细密，这种细密的根基是自信。结构并非段落拼装而成，而是切断的动作和不连续的空间织出来的浑然一体，人物的情态就在无限细小的镜头单元中以近乎不可见的速率发展推进，就像微积分一样消去了所有情节棱角。
