The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事过于套路，就是稍微无聊一点的驯龙高手，但是视觉上还是很享受的
先不说剧情，画面光影材质上太牛了，那水的质感，岛屿植物，技术太强了，剧情上嘛，就是低配驯龙高手，不过还是期待看到更多冒险动画电影。
制作上完全算的上精良，故事非常老套，但是放在动画上也勉强能接受
小女孩能和焰魔交流也是有点莫名其妙，最重要的是忠心耿耿的副船长也相信小女孩说的话。
虽然故事内核挺老套的，但是小红真的很好，她以德报怨呐。
好人和坏人两派性格都不是很鲜明
站在城墙前说服众人与海兽和平拒绝战争那一段，有点过于牵强，同时男主与女主在海兽的那一段经历轻松就改变了男主的价值观，也有点过于理想化的成分。好在画面很精致，美术很棒，人物细节也很细腻，只是没有一个更好的剧本和人设，人物内心的冲突和转变也过于潦草。
最后，评论区很中肯。
大量海底镜头、细腻的海浪白沫和写实的光影好炫好炫；但故事跟剪辑好突兀；不得不说口味已经被那些更会串味整活的3D动画养刁了
塑造世界观时元素很多，又是怪兽小岛，又是黑魔法女巫，但基本都当工具人用，没有很融入电影大节奏的感觉。黑人小女孩逆转老白人男的偏见，王室捏造历史霸权，人与自然和谐共存，基本上好莱坞能叠的buff是叠明白了。

十分“恶政隐”了哇哇。故事毫无意外，作画也很敷衍——也就是没钱。低配迪士尼吧。
时间好残酷，城市可淹没一切，但不要忽视年少时曾让你感动过的力量。
