During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 摄影风格+1，金丝绒色的安静室内，窗外的鹅毛大雪。
整体是好看的，也是舒适的。如果喜欢水形物语，就很大可能喜欢玉面情魔。影调质感一如既往还是陀螺的那股味儿，只是不知道毫无现代反思的翻拍意义是陀螺的童心未泯，还是自我风格的自我致敬？
有点好猜，逊于期待，后面我都开始两倍速了。另建议改成三集迷你电视剧。

好奇怪，开头又臭又长的马戏团戏像在看擦妈Back to Basics那张专辑的MV，大魔王出场就变成上世纪的黑色电影（哦，原来真是翻拍）。故事讲得稀巴烂，主角的技能吧啦吧啦地说完了所有配角想干嘛，就是不知道主角们先干嘛，使得主角的命运变得完全不抓人，结局除了呼应前文外，没有任何表达，不了了之。
3.5吧，有点失望，天道好轮回的故事，嘉年华部分没有美恐好看
“墨西哥三杰”里，我最无感的就是陀螺。新电影看完，更无感了。和原版没差，他“翻拍”了一遍，没有创新。
机关算尽太聪明，反误了卿卿性命。
竟然鲁尼和大魔王没搞姬，那这片子拍出来又有什么意义呢？

终究是变成了怪人。
场景美轮美奂，故事乏善可陈。小红帽和小白兔的梗，冗长拖沓着实浪费了一众卡司。
我一直坚持觉得作者电影的导演最好看的影片始终都是处女座，因成功获得的资源和声望对创作者也是掣肘。所以在《水形物语》之后这部电影，无疑是一部分人的惊喜和另一部分人的无奈。陀螺他真的玩的很开心哇！
《昨天》里面贾宏声承认自己没有外国血统，我觉得悲怆；这部片中他承认自己born for it，我只觉得滑稽。
没看过原作和老版本单纯是被海报欺诈来的无辜路人说实话这卡司感觉不用演往那一戳就可以打五星结果不知道导演脑子被感染了硬生生用150分钟让人给他只能打两星还是友情价看在魔兔有那么一秒钟是同框的面子上就不考究剧情有多老套凯特的演技可真是没话说她不管自信脆弱咄咄逼人诱惑感性都能拿捏那么到位这就是天生演技刻在DNA里的女人从她的伤疤和负罪老头的独白来看她也不是单纯要坑男主应该属于一箭双雕预谋已久让你说我不够强大现在曾经害我与看不起我的两个恶魔骗子都遭到了应有的报应回归了他们本该呆着的位置真是可喜可贺导演稍微改编下原著让大魔王和小白兔重遇然后过上幸福快乐的人生活那这票房也好评分也罢不就都有了吗前期铺垫那么长只为对应最后我生来就是干这个的料有点太过牵强塔罗姐其实警告过他是他自己丢失了放弃的机会做了错误决定
7.3/10 第一幕过于冗长乏味，中后部分节奏跟上，我倒是有些看入迷，Stan的结局看似出乎意料，实则完成了我在电影开篇时对他的担忧，从这点来说他的命运是早已注定的闭环。
讲了一个贪婪和欺骗的故事。和蜘蛛侠一样2个半小时，但是观影途中不停地觉得长，同样时长的古奇，豆瓣短评感叹太长的却不多(虽然我也同样觉得太长了)，想必是片子节奏出了问题。令人毛骨悚然的结尾，加上没开暖气的amc10，真是令人直冒冷汗，感到恐怖（为坐地铁跑那么远过去4:30-8:20感到不值）。
关于怪物的养成和轮换，一切有为法，如梦幻泡影，如露亦如电，应作如是观。
众多人物的设置，相互背景和新旧关系，引发一连串的戏剧冲突，具有挺自然和流畅的交互。满腹经纶满嘴仁义道德的老板，最终依然长袖善舞化险为夷，成为笑到最后的那个大大大赢家。最有可能倒逼资本的那几个，最终也耍尽阴谋成了花样赢家。而我们以为处处都掌握一手好棋子的被解雇会计师，则是唯一的一个输家。反套路之下，道尽魔幻。四个字——因吹斯汀。
The irony of self-fulfilling prophecies. Or is it an allegory for failing to take therapy seriously? The idea is good -- that everyone's opportunists in a hustler's world, except for the innocence that offers love and support with almost no boundaries until they get deeply hurt.
