剧情介绍

　　Mysteries of China captures one of the great archaeological events of the modern age, telling the story of Ancient China, the First Emperor, and the literal foundation of the China we know today. Through the lens of this groundbreaking discovery, viewers explore an ancient time when a fierce warrior brought together a warring nation and how an accidental discovery changed everything we know about China's past.

    就像中国导演拍摄一个琵琶行给西方人看一般。没有了亚瑟王系列的故事基础，缺乏西方宗教文化的铺垫，看这个电影基本上就是云里雾里。甚至连在电影中做法的女巫都不认识是大名鼎鼎的摩根勒菲，也不知高文骑士在其中的背景和现在，以及未来。高文在一路上的种种行为，也无法通过和骑士精神相联系，然后进行分析。 这样看来，作为一个非西方，甚至非英国文化的观影者，只能把这个电影理解为 一个骑士的旅行。。

    这部前段的青灰色黑白色调让人很难不想起伊斯特伍德的那些黄灰色调片子，我的理解是岁数大了眼睛不好，辨识不了黑白里灰度。两段故事——骨灰还乡和少年杀人联系勉强，用皮兰德娄个人生涯做个串联，缅怀一下意大利战后重建的年代，也算是两兄弟的青春时代了。只是一篇内容轻飘的悼文。

    The first part in B/W could be seen as a journey to bid his brother a moving adieu by transporting the ashes of Pirandello, whose works have been adapted by the brothers, to his Sicilian homeland. Whereas the second part in color is quite confusing for us who have never read the story before. The shift from grey to color is poetic though

    继大卫洛维上部失利之后再度回归，把背景搬到了中世纪，服化道过硬，搭配A24标志性的装神弄鬼。将家喻户晓的传说故事，拍出视听享受:自然风光、室内外打光、配乐绝了。其中，跨越时间的玩法与奇观制造很是新鲜，大概就是误食云南毒蘑菇的体验吧。★★★☆/7.7
