The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 有感动到，来自真情实感，正好今晚看了另外一部美国的校园同性爱情片，和香港的这部相比，显然细节上耿能共情。三场戏，可见导演的用心，破处和穿破耳膜-青春的撕裂；对着镜头采访说出导演初衷，戏内戏外的互文；一起走进教堂，情感的升华。同样喜欢叙事节奏的处理，在失去父亲的情绪低位的道别后，留下承诺，为她读电影而后叙事回到开头，让结尾的婚礼充满期待。
有点一言难尽……我能理解两个女主高中时期的状态，结局是理解不了。
听到李芯悦对她说我爱你。但是，我还是不理解。
女二就是渣渣渣实现不了的承诺还给女主假希望 = =最后还要给刀刀 还不如直接结束那段关系回归朋友，那个大学男生和老公没人权可能工具人都算不上
妈妈对爸爸说:“我想了一下，都怪你，你喜欢女人，那女儿不都遗传你吗？”
整部片子情节没什么亮点，道尽了亚洲女同的处境，是大胆。很讽刺，刚看完《侧耳倾听》还赞美青春的感情促使人变得更好。额，其实这也是一种美好，只是遗憾的美好。两个主人公选择了两条人生，无论怎样，希望所有人能坚持所爱，能坚持所爱的人生是幸福的人生。
东亚百合片的通病，某些片段美好动人，整体故事无法直视。
不能接受后面的结局，既然都这么爱了还结什么婚
