故事发生在日本大正时期。有一天，一位名叫灶门炭治郎的平凡农家少年回家发现家人被屠杀，唯独只有妹妹祢豆子存活下来，然而妹妹的样子却跟平常好像不一样，为了寻求拯救妹妹的方法，炭治郎踏上了斩妖除魔的冒险旅程
终于在英国当了新唐顿屯的第一波观众！！（周围观影的全是白发苍苍的老头老太）可以说依然是回馈剧粉的“福利型电影”，有笑有泪的“合家欢”。剧情本身不值五星，但情怀值得十星。
这个剧组已经纯熟到拍读电话本都好看的地步了，每个人都有好归宿，但日常的摩擦又不会让剧情显得枯燥，一如既往的精致优雅，春去秋来，辞旧迎新，人来人往，温暖而祥和。

老生常谈的主题，却讲出了非常真诚的故事。如何与爱的人告别，牺牲自己的私念而给予幸福，如何面对过往的隔阂，虽然细节上还是有所缺乏共鸣，但审美很是高级了
