绝症恋爱的设定比较平庸，治病导致的家庭影响细节还挺真实的。松本穗香特效装有牺牲，中岛健人依然演技捉急。

如樱花般绽放的爱情，短暂而美丽。快速衰老的设定多少有点难接受，晴人扶起摔倒的美咲而没认出来让人莫名的伤心，而美咲的临别遗言没有提这件事而是把希望留给了晴人。
