背景设定很刻意，满足了一切强弱关系的冲突条件。但在当下能拍出这么一部尽量克制中立的电影实属保持了法国人一贯的critique态度，让人不被情绪煽动，而是思索这类事件中当事双方各自的视角如何一步步导致了恶的发生。
就没有一个短片视听上有想法的

法国版《知晓我姓名》，偏题地说，两位律师的结语都太牛了。
控訴和辯護太做戲了，都在打感情牌，連一次「反對」都沒有。
好片；
女性要对违背自己意愿的任何行为，大声说不。而法庭上并不需要女权战士，任何有情感色彩的，有疑惑的判断，都违背法律公平原则。
双方的结案陈词阶段很精彩，值得思考和研讨。
這就是一部女人說"不"的影片~沉默不代表同意~法律在完善~不要再用舊社會男權思想~去維護愚蠢的做法~
抗日以骑兵团还算有代表性，上阵父子兵，吴京很适合这类型，建设者以火箭燃料从无到有披荆斩棘确实有很多无名英雄，第一支广告徐峥是驾轻就熟完成度最高，沈腾的少年行很沈腾，但不能代表未来。
麻花的最后一趴也太难拍了 未来题材还有很长的路要走
章子怡的最好，诗意有张艺谋那味了，内容丰满。徐峥的其次，也算优秀，少年行太空洞，吴京的太假，骑兵冲锋让我想起了鸦片战争，别这样了。
而沈腾对“父辈”的诠释属于剑走偏锋，却独具匠心。
最近的剧场版都堆场面堆角色啊。 一代版本一代神。 泽塔这身越看越像兄贵。
我们的父辈可以抵御侵略，可以隐姓埋名，可以敢为人先，可以跨越时空。一代人有一代人的使命，可以渺小，也可以伟大。《诗》和《鸭先知》拍得特别好，徐峥拍这种短片太合适了。
差不多就行了，求求了
没人认识到真正发生了什么，但是带给双方太过于沉重的后果，最关键是就是被害人是否自愿的论证问题，但这真的太难了。“我们没有找到真相，但我们必须找到法律上的真相”。ps.感觉结尾律师抗辩结语去打动陪审团那段好燃！

两名律师的最后陈述精彩绝伦。富有哲理。西方的人文情怀观念与说辞如诗一般。
