虽然二战开始的历史不能改变，但电影从另一个角度出发，在英德百姓反战的背景下，有着更清晰视角的人看到了更远，看出了希特勒的野心，各种办法阻止英德签署所谓的和平协议。但站在解决问题不同的角度，张伯伦选择了签署协议，目的是给自己备战打下基础。
感觉主角那些鸡毛蒜皮的故事完全可以删掉，直接聚焦于慕尼黑谈判会更好。既想表达小人物在战争阴云下的焦虑，又植入到宏大事件现场，这样的处理很四不像。
