The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 啊，为啥现在观众喜欢这类呢？倒也不是要装阳春白雪，来吐槽什么审美low拍得差，因为看物料就没期待过。纯粹是觉得作为唯一看点的剧本杀叙事，除了讲清楚了和有反转，这个故事连带着梗都挺无趣，什么调料都撒了一点，但还是掩盖不住食材的粗糙和厨艺的庸俗。

被离婚的单身女人，带着两个孩子，之前没有工作经验，人生重启……这样的故事，法国人拍出就可以这样，一点都不酸楚，依然的浪漫，依然的优雅，依然的温馨，亲情爱情工作一样不缺，生活就应该是这样的！
